I had e worst ever menses cramp last nyt, saketgilerbabinye. i tink e last time i experienced something like that was a few years back but still, not as bad as last nyt. i bliv e reason for e cramp was bcoz i went swimmin earlier. could it be? idk.

I managed to slip at 11pm but woke up at 1230am in severe pain. i pop down painkillers, placed a warm bottle on my abdomen but none works. i was tossing & turning ard e bed, crying. yeah, dat bad. u noe it feels like im in labour & was having contractions. but only diff is dat, during labour e contractions come & go but in this case, it's non-stop! ok im not sayin im reali havin contractions la but e pain is very similar to that.

Hubby was sound aslip thruout my 2hours of in-pain session. well i dun wana disturb him since he was reali tired. besides, it's a girl thing so what can he do also kan? so i just had to endure it alone lor. poor me huh. i dun remember how i finally fell aslip but i knew it was 2pluz going to 3am when i finally did so. woke up at 4am to make milk for lil' boi & by then, e pain was like 30%..still bearable i must say.

So...what is my lesson learnt?

DO NOT GO SWIMMING WHEN I NOE MY RED LIGHT IS COMING!!!
